While traveling to visit employers, Director of Career Services, Carl Rozenek, caught up with Dental Assistant graduate, Kayla Breault. Kayla graduated in June 2012 and was hired shortly after at Williams Dental Laboratory in October 2012.
Kayla says, \”I love my job, I enjoy what I do and that\’s giving people their smile back and making them feel confident again. A little can do a lot to make a person feel good about themselves! I love seeing my end result, knowing I made someone smile.\”
In her free time, Kayla admits she really enjoys cooking and can spend hours over a hot stove and not get bored; it\’s all worth it in the end when people tell her they love her food. Also, she likes traveling every chance she can get. \”I enjoy seeing new places, exploring different things and taking home memories.\”
\”If it wasn\’t for Great Lakes Institute of Technology, I wouldn\’t be where I\’m at today so thank you!\” Kayla has been working at Williams Dental Laboratory for almost 2 years and recently got moved up to a higher position and couldn\’t ask for anything more.
