Ja'Nell Joyce Medical Assistant Graduate Great Lakes Institute of Technology Erie PA

For the last six years, Ja\’Nell Joyce has been employed at McDonalds. She worked her way up to the position of Manager and then decided to begin a new career path. Ja\’Nell made the decision to enroll in Great Lakes Institute of Technology\’s Medical Assistant program because she wanted a career in the medical field and she wanted to get there fast! \”I didn\’t want it to take forever to get done with school. I\’ve always been a hard worker, I enjoy working and I wanted a program that I could get back to work in a relatively short time.\”

Ja\’Nell graduated in December 2013 and was offered full time employment where she completed her externship with Bay City Podiatry. \”The office consists of a friendly and well-rounded staff that balances out the office as a whole. The patients notice how tight knit it is here and we receive a lot of referrals because of this. The doctors and office itself have a very good reputation. I can ask the doctor\’s questions and they are willing to answer them, so I\’m still learning more each day.\”

\”Thank you Great Lakes!!\”
