Peggy Trizna
Pharmacy Technician 2012

Peggy works as a full time Pharmacy Technician at UPMC Hamot. She also passed the PTCB certification exam and is now nationally certified. Peggy lives in Conneaut, OH, and drove a great distance every day just to come to school.

Sonya Hemstreet
Medical Office Assistant 2011

Sonya came to Great Lakes after being laid off from Blair Corporation. She\’s now working at UPMC Hamot as a unit secretary, which is where she did her externship. Sonya traveled from Albion every day to attend classes here. Sonya graduated with honors and is very friendly and well liked.

Theresa Culver Urick
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer 2010

Theresa is a senior ultrasound technician at Millcreek Community Hospital where she\’s worked for the past three years. Since graduation, she has passed the registry exam and is currently registered in OB/GYN. She is now married and is currently studying for her abdominal boards.
