We recently heard from Kayla Gurdak and she updated us with her experience since graduating in 2012. Kayla says, \”I am unbelievably grateful and thrilled with the Placement Team at Great Lakes Institute of Technology. I received amazing help with not only my resume, but was given major building blocks to get me in my position and employment today.\”
Since graduating from Great Lakes in 2012, Kayla says she has earned a sense of independence. \”Not only can I now support myself, but can comfortably support my family as well.\” She encourages current and future students to really think about and realize all the amazing opportunities that are available. She says, \”To have a successful career you will have to work hard, dedicate yourself, and sometimes sacrifice things that may draw you away from achieving that success.\”
Kayla currently works in the medical office at Adagio Health. She says, \”My current position allows me to interact with several individuals which I extremely love, and to have the feeling of helping those in need. It is overwhelmingly rewarding.\”
