Danielle Overbeck - Diagnostic Medical Sonographer at Jones' Center for Women's Health

We recently caught up with graduates from our Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Veterinary Assistant programs. Read what they have been up to below!

Danielle Overbeck
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

I graduated January 2014 and was hired at Jones\’ Center for Women\’s Health in Fayetteville, North Carolina right after graduation. I love that my job doesn\’t feel like a job. I enjoy what I have chosen to do for a living. It\’s truly a blessing! In my free time, I like to work out at the gym and hang out at the pool. I\’m enjoying the warm south weather! I\’m currently in the process of applying for OB/GYN boards for ARDMS!!

Frances Eubank
Veterinary Assistant

I graduated from the program in July 2013, and I was hired before my externship even completed. I work at the Pet Hospital of Willoughby, in Willoughby, Ohio. I love all of the doctors and clients here, because they all make you feel like you are part of the family. As a hobby, I really like to knit. My youngest son turned two in August and that keeps me busy as well!

Stevana Perry
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

I finished the program in July 2013 and was hired right from my externship at Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, Pennsylvania. My job has the most educated, accepting doctors. They are always there to answer questions, and I have learned so much from every single one! Every day you learn something new or see something different; it\’s never the same thing every day! You have great stories and bad stories with every job, but I learn from every single experience. Ultrasound is challenging, but if you work hard for what you want, it will come naturally in the end! In my free time, I\’m beginning to become a homebody and I\’m making purses and bags.
